शिपिंग नीति

Complimentary shipping on every order, anywhere within the United Arab Emirates. We do not deliver outside the UAE at present. Orders are dispatched within five to ten UAE working days of payment confirmation, excluding Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays, and you will receive a tracking email on dispatch.

Deliveries are handled by our in-house team and every parcel is fully insured from our premises until the moment it is signed for at your address. Every delivery requires a signature from the named recipient and a matching Emirates ID or passport on receipt. Please ensure that an authorised person is available at the shipping address during delivery hours. Risk of loss passes to you on successful delivery; title passes once full payment has cleared and the piece is delivered. If a parcel arrives damaged, unsealed or containing the wrong piece, please contact customer care within 48 hours with photographs of the parcel and its contents.
