Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update the size, engraving, or item. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to modify it, but our returns process is simple if needed, and an in-person store visit also helps process returns and exchanges.
Can I add engraving or personalisation to my order?
Yes! Many of our pieces can be personalised with names, initials, dates, or short messages. Look for the personalisation option on the product page, or contact us before placing your order and we’ll guide you through the options

How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase, for both domestic and international destinations. Personalised or custom pieces may occasionally take a little longer depending on complexity, and we’ll let you know if that’s the case
