Returns and exchanges are handled in person at our store. Jewellery deserves to be handed back across a counter, authenticated, and accounted for by a person, not by a courier.
Return window. You may return an unworn, undamaged piece within seven days of receipt, together with the original invoice, certificate, packaging and any tags.
Not eligible for return. Earrings and nose studs (for reasons of hygiene), engraved or personalised pieces, altered sizes, items purchased during promotional sale events, and bespoke commissions.
Exchange, upgrade, repair and buy-back. Exchanges, upgrades, repairs, resizing and gold buy-back or trade-in are all handled in person at a Kiara store, in accordance with the store policy in force at the time. A complimentary first resize within thirty days and in-store cleaning are part of every purchase.
Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven to fourteen working days of the return being accepted, with VAT refunded proportionally.
Manufacturing warranty. Every Kiara piece is guaranteed against manufacturing defect for twelve months from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear, accidental impact, chemical exposure, loss of stones through catches worked loose by mishandling, or third-party repair.
