- Exchange Policy: Jewelry can be exchanged once within 7 days, provided it is in unused condition. The piece must be returned in its original condition, free from scratches, breakage, or any damage.
- No Cash Refunds: Under no circumstances do we offer cash refunds.
- Gold Value Calculation: Gold will be calculated at the prevailing market price, minus 5%, after deducting making charges and stone weight.
- Liability: Once goods are sold, Kiara Jewellers is not liable for any breakage, damage, or loss of the jewelry, including diamonds, precious, or semi-precious stones.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Custom-made jewelry, certified diamonds, emerald, and pearl jewelry cannot be exchanged.
- Diamond Jewelry: Diamond jewelry can only be exchanged or upgraded for diamond jewelry.
- Diamond Jewelry Upgrade: Upgrades on diamond jewelry are subject to deductions for open remodeling and valuation, based on the current market value of the material content.
- Polki Jewelry: Polki jewelry can be exchanged or upgraded for polki or diamond jewelry only.
- Proof of Purchase: Exchanges or upgrades are only permitted upon presentation of the original retail invoice or proof of purchase.
- Verification Period: The verification and valuation process for jewelry exchange or upgrade may take up to 4 working days.
- Non-Refundable Deposits: Any deposit toward the purchase of jewelry or orders for custom-made pieces is non-refundable.
